Yoga Teacher training in the Satyananda Tradition. Working amongst sannyasins and teachers learning deeper practices of Asana, Pranayama, Mudra, Bahndhas and various meditation techniques.

Personal expansion in practice of Nidra and Pratyahara yoga techniques.

Centro Portuguese de Yoga
Iyengar Teacher Training course 1 and a half years. Examinations and choreography taken in the Iyengar tradition.

Taught by director of the centre with wealth of experience and personal practice from Iyengar school.

With over fourteen years experience in Hatha Yoga and Meditation, she was initiated by Indian Yoga Master in Benares thirteen years ago and then strongly influenced by Yoga Master Rima & Nita Patel (London). The styles she teaches include, BKS. Iyengar, Sivananda, Hatha as well as SunPower Yoga.

She focus on developing a soft and paced physical practice with some intensity in holding postures as a basis for achieving a more subtle physical and mental state. This is done with great emphasize on the breath to help release physical and mental tensions.

Having been practicing and teaching Yoga, she decided to increase her knowledge of the body systems and mind by adding Massage Therapies to her curriculum.
